Nabq, on the Red Sea
Positioned within Nabq, one of Sharm’s most connected and fast-growing districts, Capella Nuova places residents moments away from beaches, hospitality destinations, entertainment, and everyday essentials.
From sunrise desert landscapes to coral reefs and turquoise waters, Sharm offers a lifestyle few destinations can replicate.
The Nabq Protectorate — untouched coastline, desert landscapes, mangroves, and a diverse marine ecosystem — becomes part of everyday life.
A place shaped by architecture, nature, and the timeless rhythm of the Red Sea.
